To all of our loyal Publishers and Retailers,

These are unprecedented times that require some big decisions. Due to the significant impact of the COVID-19 virus in the UK, we have taken the difficult decision to cease processing orders during the UK's isolation period.

The majority of our customers are retail stores and games cafes. We built TradeQuest to support the table top community and we stand with them through these uncertain times. 

Board games will be helping families around the world keep up morale so please rest assured that the following will be in place:

  • All paid orders have now left our warehouse and should arrive by tomorrow. Please contact us if you require tracking for couriers to be rearranged.
  • Payment for orders placed today have not been processed.
  • Pre-Orders will still stand but will not be fulfilled until we reopen.
  • No invoices will be sent on overdue orders without contacting you first.
    (We expect nothing for the next 12 weeks).
  • Our web store will remain online for anyone wishing to plan ahead for their stock orders but we will be revoking payment access until our return.

Once the government gives the all clear, we will return to serve the hobby that we love with our planned restocks and new releases. Though we have no clear timescales, we roughly anticipate business to continue on the 14th of April.
