Endeavor: Age of Sail - set during the time of colonialisation players sail out from Europe to establish shipping routes and occupy cities throughout world leveraging their growing industry, culture, finance and influence and asserting their dominance. Each turn, players purchase a building to acquire and enable resources, develop and manage their workers as they build develop their Empire and assert their dominance in available continents. The board is double sided for different player counts and the optional extra of exploits included in the game enhance the mechanisms and story of the different regions. The player whose empire has amassed the most victory points after all building slots have been filled is declared the winner.
Endeavor: Age of Sail - is a challenging, strategic board game that plays out differently each time depending on the number of players and in which order the continents are opened up. An exciting blend of worker placement and resource and card management that requires careful thought as there are only 7 rounds to exact your global dominance. We really enjoy playing this game and appreciate the important fact that the game includes (spoiler alert!!) the abolition of slavery. Also look out for Endeavor: Age of Expansion which is due out later this year.
